Today i am sharing samosa masala recipe, how can you make your samosa very tasty and flavorful with regular potato filling.

How To Prepare This Samosa Masala Recipe


Take all the spices which are mentioned in Ingredients Image. All Spices should be dry.

Put all spice in blender jar without salt and grind them in a fine powder.

After grinding all the spices you need to add black salt as we mentioned in image and grind it with spices for 20 seconds.

Your samosa masala is ready to prepare potato filling for samosa with tangy taste.


How To Use This Masala In Potato Filling.

Heat Kadhai or Pan on Low Medium Heat.

After heating up pan you need to add vegetable oil in pan and let it heat, then ad cumin seed and coriender seeds and roast them for 5 to 10 second.

Then add crushed boiled potato in pan and mix it. you can add Paneer(Cottage Chesse) or peas with potato.

Now yo Need to add  1 or 2 tablespoon samosa masala in potato mixture as much as you like spicy taste. 

Add salt as per taste and red chilli, or you can add exrea mango powder in this filling as per your taste.

Mix All The ingredients with potato filling. and fry it for 2 to 5 minute.

After frying, transfer it in a plate and let them cool down.

Your Samosa Filling is ready to use.


Note.

Spice color or taste can be different due to spice condition. How are they spice old.

Spices should not be older than six months.
