How To Prepare This Punjabi Chhole Masala Powder Recipe
Preparation
First clean the all spices, and all spices should be proper dry.
Break the hard spices like Nutmeg and Cinnamon so you can easily grind them.
Roast The Spices
Coriander Seeds, Cinamon Sticks, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Mace, Black Pepper, Cloves, Red Chili.
Roast the spices that are mentioned above.
Take a heavy base pan or kadhai and put it on gas with low flame. After heat up the kadhai or pan, put all spices in the pan or kadhai and roast them for 30 seconds until they smell good.
After roasting spices, transfer all spices in a tray and let them cool down.
Grinding Spices
Take all spices which is Roasted and Unroasted in the blender jar. Grind the all spices in a coarse powder. Punjabi Chhole Masala Powder should not be vert fine.
Store Punjabi Chhole Masala Powder
After grinding the all spices, you need to sieve them. Store the Punjabi Chhole Masala powder in a air tight container.
For More Quantity Of Masala
You Can double or triple the quantity of it's measurement as per your requirement.

Then add your Onion, roast them until they golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add a table spoon Halwai Punjabi Chhole Masala Powder.
After 10 Second add your tomato puree and add other spices like salt, chillis, coriander powder, turmeric powder etc.
Prepare the this wet masala untill it seprated from oil.
Then add your Garbanzo beans(Chhole) in this masala.
Add a Half Table spoon Halwai punjabi Chhole Masala and add water in this recipe as you like.
Cover the kadhai or pan with it's lid and let it cook for 5 to 10 min on low medium flame.
Note.
